Sampoorna Nilayam Gents PG - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sampoornapg.in! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Sampoorna Nilayam Gents PG, located at Perungudi.

GENERAL

1. While joining the room, the tenant has to pay one month rent and one month advance.
2. Rent is calculated on monthly basis not on day basis.
3. Rent should be paid on or before 5th of every month.
4. Rs 100 will be collected as maintenance charge every month.
5. Maid will be available to wash your cloths, Rs 600 per month will be charged for cloths (5 sets of cloths) and washing material to be provided by the tenant.
6. Separate Electricity meter has been provided inside each which you have to share with your roommates @ Rs 10/ unit (Commercial meter).
7. Owner is not responsible for clothes, shoes and other item which is kept outside.

ADVANCE & VACATING

1. One month prior notice is required if you are vacating.
2. If you are vacating suddenly expense will be calculated and your balance will be deposited to your account on 15th of coming month.
3. On vacating advance money will be deducted for one month rent for staying, maintenance, EB.
4. If there are any damages in room, money will be deducted from advance amount (Bed, Fan, Tube light, Television, Air Conditioner, etc.)

FOOD

1. One month advance payment should be made if you have requested for food.
2. Morning breakfast and night dinner will be provided in weekdays, breakfast, lunch dinner will provided in weekends.
3. Only south India foods.
4. After eating please put your waste inside the waste box which is provided near washbasin.
5. Clean your plates and the table area used by you after eating breakfast and dinner.

INTERNET

1. WIFI can be used, free of cost.
2. Downloading is strictly prohibited.
3. Internet can be used for browsing purpose only.
4. Any irregularities comes from your system will be used as evidence when required by the authorities.

DO’S AND DONT’S

1. Drinks and smoking are not allowed inside premises and rooms.
2. Guests are not allowed for overnight stay.
3. Make sure you are switching off TV, AC, FAN, Tube light, while going out from your room.
4. Water is necessary for all, so please make sure you are not wasting water.
5. Don’t make any loud sounds in the night, because that will disturb the neighbor.
6. Girls are strictly not allowed inside the premises or rooms.
7. Gate will be locked at 10.00 PM, if you are coming later than that please inform the owner before 9 PM same day.
8. It’s your room, please keep the room hygienic.
9. Put the waste in the dust bin provided in your room.
